「It was like staying at a resort. The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I...

「Nice desk in the room. Breakfast was 2 doors down. Stewart's was 4 doors down for gas, ATM, and food options for nights when fewer restaurants are open. A tourist booth is in the front yard and a magnificent historical marker in the roundabout out front. Saw 3 great murals in town. Wasn't there for Star Trek, but there were signs in town. Enjoyed both forts. Even the Carillon boat had food and drink options.」

「The staff were all very nice and caring about your needs, especially the evening check in person and the wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were not good we had to swap rooms after the first night because both beds were in bad shape with lumps that felt like hills that made us feel like we were going to roll off onto the floor. The second rooms bed were not much better. We were there for 6 nights and did not get a single cleaning. The fan in bathroom sounded like a jet...

「Room is very small. But so is the price, I guess. Shower drain was plugged this morning. Could not have 2 consecutive morning showers. Told the management on my way out. Response was I could use the room next door to shower. Really? I told him he should send me a discount. Hard to imagine the look on his face when I suggested he should send me a discount to compensate me for "no shower" this morning. "No No, use the room next door." You know; "you get what you pay for!"」

「Really a beautiful, well maintained property within walking distance to the village. They take pride in how it looks and it shows. Pool is always warm as well even on a cold day. We appreciated our time here once again and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!」
