「I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not.」

「The room & facilities were great. On the day we arrived there was no hot water. We couldn’t take showers for about 4-5 hours and ended up being late for our dinner reservations. When I checked out I informed the staff of hot water issue and was not provided either a partial refund or hotel gift card for a future visit. The hotel should have handled this no hot water issue on Sat night much better than they did.」

「As a woman traveling alone I would not recommend this place. Only person on site to help me check in was the attendant who lived on site and smelled of alcohol from a mile away. There’s no way to lock the room from the inside besides the chain lock, and the one in my room was literally broken off the wall. No way control over temp in room either. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay.」
