「This hotel easily earns an 8 out of 10. I didn’t rate it a perfect score because, while the grounds, rooms, and staff were truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and accommodating—the food was a major letdown. And not just slightly disappointing—I mean genuinely bad. To make matters worse, the food was also quite expensive, which made the experience even more frustrating. 「Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! 「It is a really nice place. There are few people, beach is quiet and there are kayaks and paddle boards available. We had a nice beach view from the terrace. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with everything you need. We had great time there!」

「The property itself was beautiful, but the pool was only open until 6pm. The restaurant was only open until 7 and there was nothing to do after 7pm. This property needed to have someone at the front desk/ maintenance available 24/7. We went to check out at 6am and there was no one available to check us out. We called the front desk a few times for differe t reasons and there was no answer. 」
