Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, all clean and well stocked. Great restaurant other than it opens too late for breakfast. Will stay again. Only downside is very limited on English speakers.

Hidden gem

A hidden gem. Beautiful small hotel very close to the industrial area. Bedrooms are comfortable, outdoor area for a morning walk and great gym. Pretty good food

A magical environment. So serene and beautiful. The grounds are impeccably clean, trees and lawn manicured perfectly. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. Meals and drinks at the La Frida restaurant delicious! The room was lovely, and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. Wishing we could have stayed longer, however left us with a memory we will treasure 😊

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the lovely property and great restaurant. However this time the pool was very cloudy and water not very inviting. They also were not able to arrange transportation to the airport for us. Gave us a flyer on a town car rental. If you don't speak much Spanish, this is difficult to navigate.

A brand-new stylish hotel. Beautiful design, great service and nice grounds. Also conveniently located near the Guanajuato airport, yet tucked away. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.

La habitación muy bonita, el Personal, muy amable, las instalaciones muy lindas, decoradas, modernas y acogedoras. Lo único que no nos gustó es que reservamos para dos adultos y dos menores y sólo nos dieron pases para desayunar para los dos adultos. Tampoco nos gustó que nos asignaron un restaurante. Cuando llegamos. Nos preguntaron si teníamos reservación que porque todo estaba lleno cuando nunca se nos avisó que teníamos que reservar. En el restaurante no nos explicaron que unos panes y capuchinos no estaban incluidos en el desayuno que teníamos incluido. Solo esos detalles del desayuno, todo lo demás super buenas el staff mega amigable. El chico de mantenimiento de las albercas muy movido, si nos puso la fogata, cuando ya nos habían dicho que por la hora no era posible. Se lo agradezco infinita mente porque fue una noche mágica

El hotel esta muy bien, sus instalaciones, personal y los alimentos. Todo muy bien. El único pero que pondría es que la regadera de mi habitación estaba un poco tapada, pero de allí en más, todo estuvo perfecto.
