"The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the old citadel. I especially appreciated the spa area, which includes a sauna and steam room—both complimentary with your stay. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. My only minor complaint would be the TV channel selection; it would be nice to have Digi channels available for watching the games. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more...

"Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. "

"Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück . Man sollte mehr Abwechslung haben. Bei mehreren Tagen, wird es einfach schwer. Man sollte die Wurst Sorten wechseln , auch etwas Obst währe nicht schlecht. Macht euch einfach Gedanken. Wir werden wieder kommen , und vielleicht sehen wir Veränderungen. Auch gehe ich gerne morgens trainieren, das heißt so um 8:00uhr . Ansonsten war der Rest zu unseren Zufriedenheit. "
