Horrible service! Didn’t get the room we booked through Expedia, staff told us not their problem since we booked through a 3rd party website. Room was by a gate and could constantly hear it slam shut. We overpaid for a run down room and horrible staff. Would never go back. I would tell anyone to stay anywhere else.

Hello Brian, we're sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Please know we did put you in the exact room that you booked: two queens poolside. The gates you're referring to were the pool gate, and out of your front window, you could see the pool directly. It is also concerning to hear that our staff was not accommodating. We traditionally get great reviews about our staff because of how much they care. We have a wonderful staff who enjoy their jobs and really love the people they serve. We believe there must have been a miscommunication somewhere in this scenario. We will have a manager reach out to you directly. Hello Janet, thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience that the live entertainment from the lounge may have caused during your stay. We do shut down our live entertainment early each night, understanding that eight of our 56 rooms are located near the lounge. We also have sound dampening that keeps the sounds out of the room. However, if you are too sensitive to the noise of the lounge, the other 48 of our 56 rooms are not near the bar and are instead near our pool area. Please be sure to book a poolside accommodation on your next visit.

Location was perfect, didnt have to leave until we checked out. The pool very nice, beach was close, across the street! But have a suggestion, need a shelf in the showers to put shampoo, etc. Bars, restaurants steps away. Peefect 3 day get away!

We were sold a poolside/view room. When we got there they put us in a room by the bathrooms, garbage dumpsters and employee entrance behind the building. No pool or pool view.

DO NOT stay here if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The rooms are adjacent to, and surround a tiki bar with daily and nightly live music and loud crowds. Afternoon naps are definitely out. Music and bar close at 10:00 pm. That being said, location is wonderful. Steps away from both the beach and downtown. Literature says beach wagons available for use by guests, but there were none available when we asked for one. Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

We have been staying on Siesta Key for 30 years and have NEVER stayed here. Well that’s all changed! Right in the Village, walking to shops, coffee and restaurants and the beach! It was perfect. 10/10 would recommend. Clean, awesome pool and great staff.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Siesta Key. It is right in the village so everything is walkable. Great restaurants and bars just steps away We had a comfy room right by the beautiful pool. Staff are so kind and helpful and the property is well taken care of. Art was very helpful when we checked in and Alejandra was helpful and so pleasant everyday with any requests. We loved it here and cannot wait to return.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Siesta Keys Beach Resort & Suites. We had a suite king pool view and it was great! The Tiki Bar is so much fun! Food and drinks delicious. Shout out to Sinbad and Erin!!!

We enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness of our stay. Our room was very outdated with cracked tile and in need of a paint job. However the beach was just across the street and the resort provides you everything you need for a day on the beach!

Not as pictured! I was in shock upon arrival. This place doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. I found two bed bugs in my bed as soon as I pulled the covers back. The floors are gross in the suites, had to wear shoes at all times. The toilet stopped working 2 different times during our 2 day stay. Our bedroom and living area windows look directly into the Big Tiki Lounge. Be very careful when booking your room. If you book a suite, there is a disclaimer that notes these rooms are located “near” The Big Tiki Lounge. However, they are literally inside the bar. Not ideal whatsoever. It is very loud and says online that it closes at 9pm, however ppl stayed at the bar much later and music was still being played. Parking is a big issue. There were no spots left so we called the front desk and the manager had to move his car so we could take his spot. Very nice of him but that should not need to happen. Please do not waste your money. Truly don’t know how this place has 4 stars. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so unhappy. They only refunded us the resort fee. The only positive thing I have to say was that Owen at the front desk was very nice. I cannot speak on how the rest of the rooms are across the street, but if you are looking at rooms located in the lobby building/Big Tiki Lounge, just forget it!

Loved that it is was close to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants. Our room had a connecting door and you could hear everything that was said next door. The fan in the bathroom ran but didn’t help with the steam. There was black mold on the ceiling.

Perfect for a couples trip. Being a two minute walk to the beach entrance was major for us! So convenient being so close to all the restaurants too. The only thing that was an issue was our AC unit would kick on every 30 minutes to an hour and would wake us up every so often when we were trying to sleep. Other than that we couldn't have been happier with our stay!
