"Bed linen and towels were very old and need replacing. Had to make the beds ourselves and were instructed to un make and fold all linen and towels when leaving. Pillows were old saggy cushions. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 4 days stay in an apartment that takes 5 people. Told to buy our own toilet paper. Not very convenient as approx 1k out of town. All in all not comfortable and poor value for money. "

"Very nice hotel in a well located area with variaty of public transportation close by. The Arbol de Guernika boulevard is near by which is a lovely place to have a nice walk. The room was very comfortable and with a great size and nicely decorated. The staff, both at the front desk and the bar are very friendly and nice. I had a very nice stay, unfortunately too short"

"Excellent 2 nights in this hotel, everything the staff, the room, the food was all excellent. I usually only eat breakfast in hotels but the Social Hub has a unique menu and the choice I made for dinner was delicious. Also very reasonable price. Bus stops within 300metres."

"Fantastic hotel, very clean, very comfortable, fabulous shower, great breakfast choice. Very easy to walk to old town (15mins) and all attractions easy to navigate to. Definitely use the secret lift door or public lift next to it, takes you from old town / beach level up to reception. Roof terrace bar fabulous views and friendly informal service, rooftop pool popular but great to chill for couple of hours and the lower level spa was perfect when it was drizzly one afternoon. Would highly recommend hotel and would use again if coming back to San Sebastián"

"Bien situado. Habitaciones triples justas. Muy limpio y servicio de cafetería bueno. Cerca del centro en coche y buena conexión para visitas por Navarra. Buffet desayuno completo. Faltaría algo más de opción en cuanto a lácteos, avena,.... Solo hay leche y Soja. Bien en general."
