「Before I arrived at the hotel, I tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel via the Expedia messaging system. I never got a reply. All I got was a message to say that I need to fill in the registration form before a password to enter the premise will be given to me 24 hours before I check in, and that there is no one at the premise’s reception. Because I don’t speak Spanish, I wanted to communicate with the premise to make sure they had received all my information. I never got a...

Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd.」

「The company servicing the location were extremely unhelpful and rude. The automated system that was used was unhelpful. The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help.」

「The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!”」

Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room. Room/hotel were...

「This is always my place to stay in Puente de la Reina. I was recommended by someone on my 1st of four, Camino Frances, due to the quality of the food. So I have stayed here ever since, and the accommodation matches the food quality. On the Camino with 4 or 5 tables outside where you can eat and drink and watch out for your fellow pilgrims. Rooms are roomy with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.」
