「It’s a great place to stay close by Lake Tahoe. Not too far from all convenient stores, grocery stores, and all tourist attraction spots. House is nice and clean in a quiet neighbor. Recommend to everyone to book with Avant Stay. 」

「Beautiful condo in great location near Tahoe City. Plenty of room for 5 people. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Clean, well-functioning bathrooms. Great kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and some food including spices, teas, etc. Responsive contacts by phone or text. Two downsides--traffic noise from Rt 28 and malfunctioning refrigerator. We followed instructions on it to wait 24 hr from check in to call if not cooling. So we did but a technician did arrive until 24 hr later. ...

「Spacious and well laid at home. We had a great short family vacation. It was about two minutes from the ski resort. All the instructions were clear. Everything worked well and was clean. Beautiful location, surrounded by tall trees. One small thing, the large television in the living room did not have an HDMI input, so it was difficult to connect to the smart remote.」

「This property is horrible and should not be rented out in the condition it was in. The rugs including furniture smells like urine. Got in around 10pm and the towels and bedding were wet. They were not dried. One of the pillowcases had the biggest stain and I would not be surprised it was urine. There was not enough blankets and luckily had an extra one in the car. Left a day early and would have left right away if it wasn't for the kids being tired and the face that we drove hours to get...
