Convenient location: easy walking access via the “Risalita Stazione”, a set of escalators that connect the Siena Stazione FS to the street where the hotel is located. We had a delay during our trip to Siena, what forced us to arrive later than the regular check-in time: thanks to the empathy and excellent communication with the property manager, we were able to check in remotely and everything went well.

Clean, tidy and priced right.

The building and our room was fantastic. Updated bathroom, large, spacious bedroom. Convenient location. Lots to do in the area. Close to escalator system for the train station. Would recommend.

Short visit arriving and departing by train

I wanted a simple clean place to sleep, close to Siena station, as I was arriving late evening. The key was left in the door for me, my room has everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed, shower, but best of all it was SUPER quiet, I slept very well. The owner communicated with WhatsApp, and even recommended places to eat, I had a fantastic pizza 🍕 only a 10 minute walk away. This is good, basic accomodation and does exactly what it says. Don't expect anything super fancy, not at these amazing prices. The garden is a bonus, very relaxing.

The host was very kind and very responsive. Very convenient to the station and grocery stores. There a little moisture smell in the room and the stairs could have been advised in advance. We were given third floor and weren’t prepared for the stairs with luggage’s.

Wow… truly a great experience.

Gabrielle is an amazing host and his Villa was a joy to stay at. Breakfast delivered to our door was a special treat. Just a hundred metres from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the joys of the walled city made our stay a gem.
