From the moment we arrived the entire team didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel special; they went to extraordinary lengths (room upgrade, massage vouchers, free lunches, they even Socrates our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary). The hotel itself is a lovely sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap, but it was the service and friendliness of the entire team that truly made this a stay we will never forget!"

"V-Plus Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers. The spacious pool was inviting and perfect for relaxation. My room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, allowing for a restful stay. The lobby area was well-maintained and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of dishes to start the day. "Perfect location and very flexible front desk and tour desk combination! The hotel is extremely convenient in going out for dinner, drinking, shopping, taking tour, and also for airport access. The breakfast is valuable in choice, and there is bathtub in the room which is really nice to relieve the fatigue from visiting ruins. Really very nice hotel with this price, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends!"

"Stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved every moment of it! The staff are incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming - everyone is so gracious! The hotel itself is small and beautiful, with everything you need for a luxurious stay. The spa was amazing, we did a 60 minute full body couples massage and almost fell asleep, feeling super recharged and relaxed afterwards. It was delicious! Our room was very clean and well kept by housekeeping. The Water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms was excellent, the linens were comfortable, the bed on the firmer side and supportive for a great night’s sleep, and the pillows were plush. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel, both at their buffet and a la carte. Both were wonderful with lots of options and customizations. The kitchen was accommodating of my gluten allergy too. We had dinner at the hotel one night and had the traditional Fish Amok. It was so flavorful and comforting, we highly recommend it! The hotel is a great midway point between the town and Angkor Thom, making it a quick ride to each. We opted to use the hotel’s on-call tuktuk service to get to town since we went during the rainy season. The drivers were trustworthy and safe with their driving."

"We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our stay in Siem Reap. Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around. The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice. The daily morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of different options including made to order omelet, crepe and soup stations. The hotel is about a 5-7 minute tuk tuk ride from the main tourist area. This wasn't an issue at all since there are so many tuk tuk drivers around it was very easy to find rides whenever we needed them. Highly recommend this resort! Would stay here again next time we visit."
