Excellent stay at the hostel.
Room was clean but it’s a little out of the town in a dark alley.
Reps there were good at getting everyone together.
They offer 2 free drinks between 7-8pm daily, and free breakfast. But I didn’t get the breakfast as it was book through here I was told.

Bad service from staff
This hostel has great facilities and affordable good food but the staff are totally incompetent. My dorm and bathroom were also not cleaned for the 4 days I stayed there yet the info on hotels.com said daily housekeeping.
On arrival, they put me in the wrong dorm. I paid for a female dorm and they put me in a mixed dorm. They then moved me into another mixed dorm which was empty. But halfway through the night, two males came in. The next morning the receptionist agreed to refund me for the night. When checking out, the other receptionist was giving me attitude when I asked for my refund.
Also, it's possible to get a tuk tuk to angkor wat for 15 dollars for a full day. This hostel charged 18 dollars for a half day tuk tuk.
A change of staff would completely turn this place around because the facilities are good. It's just being ruined by the staff.

旅店距离酒吧街和夜市不远，步行可达。房间还算干净整洁，有很棒的室外泳池。晚上还有一杯免费啤酒。工作人员也都很好。这个价格超值了，适合背包客！

Super great value hostel
Clean and new, relaxing pool, friendly and nice staff. allowed us to leave our luggage and use the shower room and pool as we're taking he sleeper bus back to phnom phen. Great location, cool cafes and restos nearby
