We stayed for 4 days, staff were kind and very helpful, the room was wonderful. The breakfast noodles were a perfect way to start the day. Would recommend for a luxury stay close to town and the Angkor temples.

Wonderful staff, great rooms and very reasonably priced for the experience of this grand hotel.
A big plus for me was this being a great place due to its proximity to the downtown area but not right in the mix of things. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in the Siem Reap area if you’re on a reasonable budget but want a warm and welcoming place to stay downtown

Our family of 4 (with two boys ages 13 and 11) stayed at the Pierre Hotel for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it! Our room was spacious and clean and had balconies overlooking the river. The hotel’s location is great - all the central areas of Siem Reap are within walking distance. We thought the breakfast buffet was excellent and REALLY loved the crystal-clear swimming pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, including with early check in and late checkout and helping us access laundry services and tuk tuk drivers. We would fully recommend the Pierre to others and would stay there again ourselves if in the area.

Hotel was recently reopened under a new management. No bar, liquor or restaurant at the hotel. Room was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pub Street area. The quality of washroom, shower curtains, fixtures, and toiletries was poor compared to western standards. Air condition was working, but bit noisy. Friendly staff

The staff was so helpful and always went above and beyond helping to schedule tours last minute and accommodating our children. The drivers were always so friendly and took us to the temples we wanted to go and could recommend the ones to skip as our kids got tired. Having a massage in the room was amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Cambodia.
