「Very good in hospitality, food is superb」

「We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. 「We arrived in Nashik and entered the hotel in Google Maps and it said it was 1 hour 55 mins away/85 kilometres away! It is not in Nashik (it's up towards Surat) and is not 10km from the Sula vineyards. Very misleading and frustrating. 」
