「Clean rooms, very spotless property, staff that know how hospitality works. definitely a property to revisit. Side note; in the morning then receptionists had no change. Instead of telling this she just printed out the bill and said nothing. Until I asked for my change. This was a bit of a turn off. 」

「We booked a room for three folks i was travelling with senior citizens. No arrangements were made to accommodate the third person. We had to ask them for everything. The room looked dated things were broken and leaking. The staff was apologetic but some of our requests were not entertained. Overall will not recommended this hotel. 」

「We arrived in Nashik and entered the hotel in Google Maps and it said it was 1 hour 55 mins away/85 kilometres away! It is not in Nashik (it's up towards Surat) and is not 10km from the Sula vineyards. Very misleading and frustrating. 」
