"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. "We were very happy with our 11th floor-1109 -room. From our balcony we could look right to City Hall,and left to the Art Museum. Weather on our 1st night made sitting on our balcony a pleasant place! The room was very spacious and comfortable,and very clean. The kitchen allowed us to pick up some food locally,@ DiBruno on Chestnut St., and then snack and drink in our room. All in all,a very pleasant stay in a well-located property."

"The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for."
