Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. This would be a 3.5 star hotel in North America (just for some context). Decent location. I dont think any hotel in Dumaguete is quiet. Good restaurant and friendly staff.
