"Everything was great apart from the breakfast. The bacon was extremely salty (abnormally salty, not just typical bacon salty) and the selection was limited. However it was still a decent breakfast for the price. I would happily stay again. "

"Room was clean, check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. Pool was nice, towels available pool-side and family friendly."

Many spots were not looked after - table tops were not wiped and left sticky, outside of toilet was not cleaned (bathroom overall was not cleaned, stains everywhere), and other people’s belongings were left untouched in a few spots (like keycards) - which let us know several areas were not even wiped down at all. The room we stayed at needs a general renovation and/or deep cleaning, please. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The beds didn’t have comforters on them, just 2 flat sheets and a thin wool blanket sandwiched between. The toilet wasn’t secure and wobbled when we used it. And even though the Firestone restaurant is attached to the building we had to go down and pick up our food even though they've brought it to our room in the last. We’ve eaten at Firestone many times but this meal was terrible! Neither of us finished our food. Overall, not a good experience. We will not likely go back."

"Service was excellent. The hair dryer in the room was not working and the service rep on duty delivered another one to me within 5 minutes. The manager, Preet Josan was very accommodating when I arrived a little early for check-in which was very appreciated because I had a health meeting at 12:30 at the hospital."
