"Very small rooms. Gets very noisy from adjacent rooms. AC doesn’t work as expected. Breakfast is strictly okay."

"The location is excellent and it’s very easy to take public transportation to other places. The staff are very nice and courteous, which made the stay pleasant. The room was clean, although it was smaller than expected. One nice bonus was the VIP lounge access before check-in, which was a great place to relax while waiting for the room. The hotel also offers free laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers. However, some of the dryer machines were not working properly during our stay. The paid breakfast is something you don’t want to miss. There is a wide variety of food and most of it tastes great. If you don’t have time to sit down and eat, they even allow you to pack your food to go, which is a very thoughtful option for tourists. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and convenient amenities."

"Everything in this property is on point. Very accommodating staff who are friendly and always at hand. The location is perfect in the middle and walkable to the pier, LRT, public transportation. Do not forget to try Celebrity Cuisine on the 12th floor. "

"I found the staff all friendly and professional, the only thing I would suggest is a broader selection of meats in the morning besides chicken and pork, perhaps some fish or beef, same goes for vegetables. Other than that, a great place to stay!"

"Great hotel, I only stayed one night and have no complaints. I’m not a fan of having the toilet, shower and sink separate but I understand why that’s done (particularly among the fancier hotels)"
