NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements.

Radio City Apartments
I read on a review before checking in how this was a hidden gem in the centre of the city. It truly is. You are right off the beaten path.
