"Room was good for this price range. Things wrong... Room had a funny sweet smell that was not pleasant. Maybe from carpet that should be replaced. Notice a few long hairs on inside of shower curtain. The in-the-wall a/c would go off and on every 5 minutes which left the room warm for a few min and then cold for a few min. The continuous noise and off and on was nerve racking since ac unit is just about 5 feet from head of bed. Mattress was ok but probably about ready to need replacing. On the plus side, other than the weird smell and hairs on shower curtain room was clean and in good shape. Nice bathroom and shower/balthtub. . Free breakfast included Grits, eggs, bacon, waffles, blueberry pancakes, fresh fruit, fresh biscuits coffee and various juices were all great. Dining area was very large with peasant surroundings. Outside area was clean and building well maintained. Will give it another try in a few months and will ask for a room with a better air cond setup and something without the strange smell."

"The room was filthy. The floors were nasty. 5 minutes in and my socks were black. Rust everywhere. I checked in and left after an hour. Black stains on towels and they were torn up. Holes in the bed sheets. Just filthy. It’s okay to be affordable but at least clean the rooms better. The room is small it only takes a minute to mop."

"Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Ordered a pizza and a frie. Waited one hour and still no pizza or fry. After being told initially the pizza would take 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we inquired. After a hour still no food. Asked for manager. She apologized and said can refund our money but we wouldn’t see it on credit card for a day or two. Didn’t offer to make this right just refunded our credit card. We left furious and hungry.we got to our room and turned on the TV which said “ no signal”. Parr for the course. My wife was so angry about the Celebrity Grill she called for management. They actually had the pizza and fries delivered to our room within 15 minutes by the same manager who did nothing for us. This should have been done initially upon our complaint. Also check-in was quite lengthy time waiting. "

"GREAT staff. It was a quick solo trip. Never stay at a casino alone but I definitely got more than I bargained for. Military Monday was a good addition also. Thanks to the kind ladies at the front desk. I AM NOT A BOT LOL. Enjoy yourself if ya go! 🙏"

"The staff was not receptive at all when I asked for coffee. They acted like we were putting them out. Not a good experience did not stay the second night checked out early. They said they would refund us the money through Hotels.com And Hotels.com would have to refund us our part."
