「The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!」

「We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.」

「This hotel was so great! I wish we stayed longer. It was so clean and updated. Beds were so comfortable. I think they need to be more clear on how to check in after hours. Also, we were very confused by the directions. They need a sign out front! Literally my only issue. Everything else was fabulous. We loved it and plan to go back.」

「Great A/C unit. TV didn’t work, clock didn’t work, toilet flushed only half of the time, had to ask for a coffee maker twice and still didn’t get it. No phone in room to call front desk. Exterior doors not secured. Evidence of more than five interior room locks having been broken or damaged. Left with only a chain lock. With all that, the staff was super super kind and friendly.」

「Great family vacation! Cabin was right on site at Cedar Point. Perfect for teens to be set free all day on their own and enjoy the park.」

「Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!」
