「The hotel overbooked, and this caused a lot of confusion at the time of check-in. They could not find my Expedia booking and hence we had to wait for almost half an hour. Although we had booked a superior triple room, we eventually got a double bed with an extra cot. We managed it in the end, but I would have certainly liked a more hassle-free experience at the hotel. 「Charming, cottage-style rooms with plenty of character, though not the most convenient in layout. The air conditioning was inefficient at times, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the restaurant was excellent, with very courteous staff who made dining a pleasure. We only stayed one night, but it’s the kind of place where a longer stay would have been enjoyable. 」
