This was a great hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and took care of my needs. I had a scary incident where the bathroom door handle was broken and staff were quick in responding. Would suggest to please ensure the doors are in working condition before renting it out.

Good location and services

Location and infrastructure was good, service was excellent. However the restaurant Madurai Kitchen was disappointing. It was over crowded and garden chairs were used as dinner chairs.
