But we were assign to different floor, after on next day, they assign us to a extra broken table place for birthday breakfast. The fruit plate need to peeling on our own.... there are no fork, spoon or knife for help. We think this hotel seems not welcoming family travel. They seems prearrange those foreigner with better sit arrangement.」

「As long-time fans of Hilton worldwide, our recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian was highly disappointing. We encountered a foul-smelling toilet and a face towel reeking of cigarette smoke. The property feels dated due to its old-fashioned design and lack of proper room maintenance. While the friendly and helpful staff were a bright spot, we expect a 5-star brand like Hilton to address these issues and improve.」
