"A huge thank you to everyone who made my birthday stay so special! Veeru, the room decorations were stunning—you went above and beyond to create such a festive and welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful surprise. I also want to shout out Amit and Adanee at breakfast. You both made our mornings so easy and enjoyable by taking such great care of our orders. We really felt pampered!"

"Bathroom was stinking like I was standing next to an open sewer. Constant, 24 hours a day. Could not use the bathroom.
Had coffee the first morning and the used cup was there till I completed my stay. Nothing was replenished.
One day I left the hotel at 8:30 A.M. for the day and left my key at the reception to get the room cleaned, towel replaced etc. Nothing has been done till I got back at 5 p.m. I had to personally get the room cleaned by one of the staff and waited outside my room till it was done. "

"I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Taj West End. It is a splendid heritage hotel set in quiet beautiful gardens. It is well located in the centre of Bengalaru. The rooms are very well appointed, and the staff are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon and evening refreshments provided in the Taj Club Lounge. I booked airport transfers through the hotel and was very impressed and grateful for the Concierge service that is provided at the Airport."

"I checked in early, very well kept room. Very nice work area, comfortable bed, a bit soft. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Imo, great value for money. Only negative is the location, due to one way street. I will definitely stay again"
