"We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room. The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included.” The only thing nice was the view. "

"Very convenient location, 10 mins walking from Sendai Station and a Family Mart across the street. Guestrooms are in great shape with comfy beds. The best part was the onsen! Breakfast buffet options were limited, but still good quality overall. Super friendly and helpful staff as well!"
