"Staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is very clean. The onsen was a highlight for sure and the free ramen and ice cream and drinks made the stay feel like a luxury. My only complaint is the lack of laundry services and elevators. With the amount of people, there should be more than 2 laundry units. And the dryer doesn’t dry well. Otherwise, everything was perfect. And they have luggage shipping at the front counter. I’d stay here again and I would recommend others stay here as well!"

"This place was amazing. Luggage can be stored at sister property 600m away. We dropped our bags off early and they relocated them to our room. Great location, short walk to Subway, lots of food choices. The drying room in the shower was a nice added touch to the room and very convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. 2 adults 2 children (11& 8) and it was spacious enough for us. Elevator was useful and the service of fresh towels in the foyer each day was pleasant. "
