This hotel is pretty clean, breakfast is super. We mainly use limited clean service but they didn’t check the toilet paper that we run out of it until we call the front desk in the night, they sent 2 rolls right away. Thanks so much for all the hard work!

The room was clean but a little dusty, not sure why but it didn't cause any issues. Room size was okay, there's a long walkway from the door to the bed so just need to make sure of the space there. Convenient location too! Very near the metro exits, and walkable to Nipponbashi if you don't mind 15 mins walk. And lots of late food options around. Lastly staff were very friendly and helpful too! Will definitely stay here again if the price is right!

The hotel was clean and nice. However staff weren’t helpful. They didn’t help us take our bags up to the room nor did they help us bring it down. Communal bath was nice and clean. Well maintained. Staff did rounds to constantly check if you’re naked which is frustrating. The room is well air conditioned, gets hot or cold pretty quickly. The room tv’s are nice and has streaming services. Please note the volume does not go higher than 35 so you will need subtitles to help understand. Room has a mini fridge but no freezer compartment and no microwave in the room. Ammenities were not on our floor, we had to constant go up and down to watch our clothes or fill our water bottles.

Probably my favorite hotel I stayed while on my 10 day trip to Japan. Hotel room was the largest I’ve stayed at in Japan. Super clean and modern. Location is near plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Train stations are near to get around Osaka. Highly recommended,

This was my favorite hotel of 3 on our trip to Japan. Everything was wonderful! The staff were so attentive and kind. They even had a wheelchair for my 88 year old mom to borrow. I wish all my hotel experiences were the same as Anchored Rhiga Osaka.

最近、海外ブランドのセカンドプランド的なホテルが続々とオープンしています。 通天閣近辺にも新しいホテルが次々とオープン。 そんななか、リーガロイヤルグループが設立したこのホテルは日本の技術やデザイン力が感じられる素敵なホテルでした。 一見、インバウンド向けのデザインのように 見えますが、部屋の絵画のデザイン一つとっても、和風でありながらも部屋に溶け込む感じで、違和感がありません。 部屋の外に出た時のカーペットのデザインも派手に見えますが、異空間にように感じさせてくれます。 ゆったりとした部屋の造りも良かったです。 最近利用したホテルはやけにバスタブが小さかったのですが、ここは大きくて、本当ゆっくりできます。 やはりメイドインジャパンの大阪プランドの ホテルは関西人からしても 滞在を楽しむことが出来るホテルだと思います。
