"Booked this hotel because of the pool and gym which I used every day. Be aware that there are swimming lessons on a Saturday morning so you won't get a quiet swim then, but great at other times. There is an additional charge for this. Had to swap rooms as the fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off, but the staff were really helpful in finding another room. There are areas of this hotel which need some attention, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable and I slept well."

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Room was disappointing. Ceiling fan didnt work and it was a heatwave. Extractor in bathroom stayed on for an hour once light had been turned off. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Bath towels rough and many straggly ends. All surface areas were sticky, disgusting. Will never recommend this place, it was not the standard we paid for."
