"The rooms are old and a bit depressing due to the brown colors. However, the windows open for fresh air, the moderate size twin is quite big, and there is a big supermarket in the basement. "The room was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, although pillows were very firm (common for Japan). No wifi, but staff gave us what we needed to connect our laptop via a network cable. "I booked this stay because the website reported there was shuttle service for the airport. There was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, even when asked for!! The room I was in did not look like the picture, and there was a very bright "Exit" sign that stayed on throughout the night. It was also very difficult to find, even for cabs with an address. I will not be staying here again!"
