They have a magnet sign letting them know if you want your room only towels stocked or if you want your rooms tidied up
Check out was very simple
Check in time is at 3pm but they can hold your luggage in lockers until it’s time
Shops and restaurants around the area to kill the time until it’s time to check in time will go by very quick

We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the private onsen was a perfect, relaxing experience. Highly recommend!
