Though super close to the Ameyoko market, the hotel was situated in a place where the street was quiet and away from from the bustle of the market. It was also super easy to get from the hotel to the Keisei skyliner train to Narita airport. The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. "The bathroom ventilation fan was extremely loud, like a tank. There was a strong unpleasant odor that caused my wife and son to sneeze continuously. Please be aware that although the photos show newly renovated rooms, the actual room appears to be at least 30 years old."
