「The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas were warm and inviting. The room was clean and well organized. I enjoyed my time at The Lodge at Flat Rock and am looking forward to another stay with them in the future.」

「The property was extremely clean and pleasant. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and the quality was pretty good. Housekeeping was every other day but maids were quick to respond to extra towel requests. The only downfall was reservation cost. It was very expensive and in the future I will seek a lower rate or different accommodations」

「I love how clean everything was…after traveling all day, I was ready to take a shower and rest. I was able to do just that without any worries. Will definitely be my go to place to stay when I’m in the area! 」

「Nice Clean every thing, when I was faint asleep I smelled the pillow case and just smiled, for they were nice crisp white bedding, that had been lightly starched. A smell from my youth, that always makes me happy. I will definitely be staying back at this location when traveling again. 」

「Breakfast was perfectly fine and would suit many travelers with hot and cold options. The coffee maker is legit. Our room was comfortable and the HIE chain of IHG typically do have comfortable beds, soft and supportive pillows with plenty of bedding. The staff at this location as well as others are very nice and helpful. Their efforts are appreciated. 」
