"Hotel has a perfect location easy for shopping and dining, while at the same time close to train station and harbour giving easy access to different places. Front desk staff also helps to fix the TV displaying problem too."

"We had just finished a two day 75 km bike ride and we’re ready to relax. Fortunately, this was the most luxurious hotel we had booked on our entire trip and when we arrived, we were not disappointed. The hotel screams old world charm with its ornate lobby and elaborate boutiques. The room was beautiful without standing views of the city and bridges and our dinner on the 23rd floor, Teppanyaki restaurant with a private chef was unparalleled on the entire trip. This is a bit of an indulgence by Japan standards, but certainly worth it!"

"Though the hotel is an older hotel, still really enjoyed my stay. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was also clean, even though an older style I still enjoyed staying here. Also close to the JR line and tram lines. Thank you :)"
