Though the staff had limited English, everything was communicated well and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. "It is a 3 storey building with no elevator so if you have heavy luggage and are staying on floor 2 or 3 you will need to carry it up the stairs. Washing machine and drying function in the bathroom was fantastic."
