「Night noise」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Meidan Heritage Suites in our beautiful, newly renovated apartment! The interior design is modern and stylish, with lovely materials and thoughtful details throughout. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic too – close to everything and perfect for exploring the city by foot. Highly recommended!」

「Tyylikäs ja mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, henkilökunta oli esimerkillisen huomaavaista ja ystävällistä.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was convenient, and I really enjoyed my time here. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!」

「very helpful people. The place is practically brand new. Loved it. We will definitely go back.」

「Very friendly stuff. Perfect location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Thanks a lot.」

「Outdated and noisy, these flats have zero soundproofing so your day starts at 8 am when cleaners start cleaning other rooms whether you want it or not 」

「They did not send check-in instructions one day before as they promised. So I contacted them in the chat one day before, they replied that they would send all information. But when they still didn’t do it the night of arrival, I contacted them again but didn’t receive answer on chat or phone. We went in to the neighboring hotel, and they said this was the fifth time this week this had happened with HB Elementa; poor guests arriving without being able to contact them, and not being able to...

「Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets.」

「I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Staying in a “castle” is such a unique experience compared to a typical franchise hotel. The environment was very comfortable, and the view over Tbilisi was amazing. The location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The staff were polite, helpful, and very responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication smooth and efficient. The only small issue was that the shower temperature occasionally fluctuated between hot...

「Lively property close to many attractions and transportation 」

「This property is misleading and does not match the listing. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...

「It is in a great location, near everything. It is a bit dark, rundown, and damp, and the wifi was not good enough to stream or upload photos. The room was large and had a good fridge. I didn't use either of the shared kitchens. Stay here for the location at a good price.」
