"There was no a hot breakfast and for a hotel that charges that much and has a pool you think they would have a hot breakfast. There are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. Even 2 star hotels have these items in the rooms. "

"Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a rock. We had a 5 year old who stayed with us and even she said her little back hurt. Rooms were clean at least. Management seems to be non existent and hard to reach out to. Doesnt tell you the pool is closed until you are at check in and there is a small sign telling you its under renovation. We had a 5 year old who was crushed when we told her all day she could swim when we checked in. "
