Lovely spot for a short stay and walkable to downtown Toronto attractions. Staff were lovely and the restaurant and cafe were both great, though the cafe was a bit pricy.
My only complaint would be that our room was not serviced a single time in 4 days. Housekeeping would not arrive until late evening (5 pm onward) each day when we were in our room getting ready for something, despite us putting the “please service” door tag out each day.

I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk.
Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit.
Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.
