The staff is excellent! Helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location for the airport and shenzhen north railway is perfect. Shopping and parks are nearby.

Much bad experience

I reserve this via Hotel.com before 45mins arrival; but front desk staff spent 15mins to double clarify my booking. Next day the restaurant staff and front desk staff told me no breakfast include in my reservation, and have to pay extra breakfast fee Finally i refuse it and check out as well as complaint this upset breakfast case, another front desk staff told me this is their internal communications mistake. No idea any information transferred issue between Hotel.com and this hotel.

Safe and the fridge were not working. English was almost non-communicable even to the front staffs. Cleaning staff was kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean but not soundproofed enough. Convincingly located near the subway station and a huge shopping mall.

Excellent Hotel, but Terrible Wifi

If Wifi is mandatory for you, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL! I spent 6 nights during a business trip and it was the worst internet I've ever got in my life since the years of DialUp connection. I had a lot of work to do on the internet, but I could work only when the internet decided to work (which is a 50/50). And I'm not talking about VPN or blocked sites, because I don't use VPN and I didn't need to access any blocked sites. It's just their internet that is very very bad. Half of the time it simple doesn't work, and when it works, it has a turtle speed. It's unnaceptable that a hotel for business like this has this kind of problem with internet. And you can't say I was on a bad week because if you read the other reviews, you'll see that everyone who writes about the internet, just give negative feedbacks. Indeed it's a nice hotel, if it wasn't because of the internet, I would rate it 4 stars. So if you don't need internet, enjoy your stay. If you need, run away to other hotel.

그동안 해외출장 다니면서 이런 최악의 호텔은 처음이네요. 위치보고 선택했는데.. 실패! 화장실(하수구) 냄새 토나올 정도입니다. 옷장에 와이셔츠 물뿌려 걸어두고 다음날 입으려보니 옷장안 악취가 옷에 배어서 도저히 못입겠더군요. 규모만 큰 오래된 호텔의 전형적인 모습. 비추!!

짧은 stay는 좋고 긴 숙박은 비추

방은 괜찮은 편이였으나 창문이 100%다 안닫히는 방도 있어서 에어콘 틀면 맞바람 소리에 시끄럽습니다. 요즘(4월)은 앞에 계속 공사중이라 아침 6시부터는 공사소리가 시끄럽구요. 위치는 괜찮지만 짧게 머무는걸 추천합니다. 좋은 호텔인데 관리가 잘 안되는 느낌이에요. 아 참고로 마사지는 불건마이니 참고하세요. 돈 아까워서 그냥 나왔습니다.
