「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Charming little rustic hotel that was refurbished by the current owners. They're very accommodating and you can tell they care about providing a good experience. Room was small but not cramped, though larger rooms with more amenities are available as well. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little nervous about the shared bathroom arrangements for the smaller room but they were kept clean and always seemed to be available. No ac in my room could be a concern if it's...

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」
