Everything was spot on, welcoming, courteous and friendly. The young man even asked if we had enjoyed Christmas Day with our family. The room was spotless and comfortable. There was even fresh milk available.

Staff were great. Nice room (was a little cold when we arrived ( had 3 external walls) so we were given an extra heater, which we were grateful for). Parking easy. Breakfast plentiful and dinner choices very good. Loved the coffee machine and refill station with extra touch of biscuits/treats. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Quiet site as outside of term time, so no students about.

Smallish room but lovely modern bathroom. Staff were lovely. Food ( breakfast and evening meal) were high standard. Grounds were lovely and in easy walking distance of Botanical Gardens. Excellent.

This hotel is very tired. There’s no lift so you are carrying your luggage to the third floor. HOWEVER you do get fantastic service and the food is incredibly good. This is my fall back hotel if other hotels in town are full.
