「Our stay at this hotel did not disappoint. The staff were all excellent. When checking in, I had not mentioned my mother was unable to walk up lots of stairs so they quickly changed our room. This was large and spacious - had great views. They also accommodated my mother’s birthday cake and set the table beautifully with thoughtful birthday additions. 「Great room, the suite was really spacious and clean. Nice decor, the balcony was good on a hot day. The squeaky bedroom floor was really annoying but didn't effect our stay in any way really. Lots of parking available and reception staff very helpful. One thing we didnt realise is that they offer reduced rates to hawkstone follies which we didnt know pre arrival. We had a drink in both bars and staff were very nice at both.」
