"From the 1st night the water in the bathroom wasn't hot, barely warm. Addressed this with the front desk. assured us that it be fixed. Stayed 3 nights notifies staff a 2nd time was never fixed during our stay. Also, the pullout sofa sleeper was slept on 1 night and my wife experienced bed bug bites. ..."
