"My family stayed at the Caza the night before our cruise. I researched many hotels for location, price and amenities. The Caza staff was very friendly and our rooms were clean. We were minutes away from Pier 39 which was great. In the evening we received a free cookie snack. There was breakfast for a few which was the only downside. My family felt safe, secure and enjoyed the stay. We will return. Thank you"

"The staff has a good customer service skills like Mona, Jennifer, & the other pilipino lady with glasses. They always got people cleaning, making sure the property is clean. When I use to order foods for delivery, they always call me & let me know that my orders arrived. Even if there were times there were spiders & WiFi isn't excellent, I like this property. There are cats around there which is ok because I love cats & it's by the water as well I just like the location because it's by the water & the sound of the airplane is relaxing. Even if there's no street lights by the golf course or before you even enter, I still like this location, but most of all, great customers service"
