「Good 」

「Room was very nice and the pool was great. Our kids had a fantastic time swimming. The water was warm in the pool which made it all that much better.」

「Only problem was that the room we checked into had hair in the bathroom and the refrigerator was missing the temperature knob. They said we could switch rooms but then a staff and manager came to the room saying they wanted to see the problems before moving. Made me feel like they thought I was lying.」

「No hot water, the room was not clean at all, drawers that wouldn't close on TV stand so they stayed pulled out, left with only 2 1/2 rools of toilet paper when we checked in, AC only worked in one room so one room was freezing while the other was so hot. Beds and couch extremely uncomfortable andno staff to be found when it was time to check out. We definitely not return.」

「Everything great!」
