「We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

「Perfekte Lage, Balkon, Schwimmbad immer abgeschlossen, Küche ohne Inhalt , auf Nachfrage 1 Pfanne und 1 Topf, der Teppichboden wurde nie gestaubsaugt nur mit Schrubber abgekehrt, Fenster dreckig, Bad schimmelig, meine 3 Wochen Buchung ist angeblich nicht eingegangen , Fernsehn lt Mappe 29 Sender , 2 vorhanden. Dann Internetfernseher nachdem ich protestierte , der funktionierte 2 Tage , dann nicht mehr . Dennoch war die Lage perfekt , die wohnung war sehr gross, ich würde da wieder wohnen. 」

「Let's start with the communication. I emailed them and they never responded to both my emails. I called the number provided and the person said wrong number but gave me another number to call. I called that number and the woman seemed annoyed that I called.we agreed to meet and when I got to the location, I waited for 1 hours and no one showed up. I had told them I don't have a international phone so I can't call them. Luckily at the airport the airline I flew in from let me use their phone....
