We stayed one night only when we traveled to Shaoxing for tourism purpose. The hotel location is good , closer to restaurants and public transportation. The hotel room is large and is clean. The bed is not the best but ok. It has nice view facing a park and nearby high rise buildings. I like the area since it looks like commerical but it is relative quiet and clean. Breakfast has many selections. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Per our request, they extend our check-out time without charging us additionally. I will consider staying here again, if I ever travel to Shaoxing in future.

Siendo una cadena americana nadie podía hablar una palabra de inglés y si bien había pagado alojamiento con desayuno no pude tomar el mismo. Hoteles.com tampoco ayuda mucho no hay donde enviar un Mail o contactarse con alguien que te ayude. Muy rápidos para vender pero no hay forma de pedir asistencia

Very Professional Staff

This hotel is very close to the Shimao shopping center - within 5 minutes walking distance. It's not far to Shaoxing North Railway Station, and taking a taxi costs about $6. The hotel's 7th floor is a nonsmoking floor which I prefer. Breakfast is decent, has both Chinese and Western varieties. The best part is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. The front desk gentleman Gary is super, quick and patient. Their shoehorn is well designed for elderly people. I was able to buy one for my in laws with the help of this gentleman.
