「Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review. Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff. I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room. They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once...

「Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The toilet itself was dripping water the whole night. Do not stay here. There are better hotels out there.
