「Freezer was not working. Staff behaviour is really good. But I have faced problem with the driver who is the hotel's driver. 「The location advertised was problematic. It also shows it is in Dehradun which is over 30 miles away. For me, this caused problems with my taxi as I wanted to go to Rishikish (it is also advertised being in Rishikesh), whereas the taxi driver complained of it being far away in Dehradun (near Jolly Grant airport)」
